Weekend Get-away on Lake Oahe near Gettysburg, South Dakota
Our weekend get-away is located at Bob's Resort on beautiful Lake Oahe, 16 miles west of Gettysburg, SD.
Lake Oahe has become one of the premier walleye destinations in the U.S.
Lake Oahe's walleye population is large with many fish over 20" in length.
In addition to walleyes, smallmouth bass, crappies, and catfish are all present and usually easy to catch.
Along with the fishing, a trip on Lake Oahe lets you see abundant wildlife in their natural surroundings.
Lake Oahe is truly an amazing place to visit. You have to experience it first hand to appreciate its natural beauty and amazing fishing.
Our Get-Away Package is all-inclusive and designed for a care-free weekend for you and your companions.
This package includes the following:
- A guided fishing trip for 2 full days, starting at noon on Friday and ending at approx. noon on Sunday.
- You and your party will fish from a new 20' Warrior boat powered by a 225 hp outboard and equipped with all the latest electronics.
- All rods and reels, tackle, and bait are provided. You may bring your own rods and tackle if you like.
- Two nights of lodging and all your meals are included. You will be staying at my residence at Bob's Resort.
- We will take pictures on and off the water to preserve the memories of your weekend.
- We will clean, package, and freeze your fish at the end of each day.
- All that is left for you to bring is your rain gear, seasonal clothing, and a fishing license.
Rates for this entire package are:
- 1 person - $825.00
- 2 people - $900.00
- 3 people - $1050.00
All rates will be subject to South Dakota sales tax.
Bookings require a $100.00 deposit in advance of the trip.
We are licensed and insured and will provide references upon your request.
